Refund Policy

As a policy, we do not offer any refunds or store credits. We only offer exchanges

If the products received are damaged, or you received the wrong order (items missing, incorrect billing etc.), kindly send us an email at pingtheprincess@typsybeauty.com or call us at +91 92896 29944 within two days of receiving your order with pictures attached. Our customer care executive will guide you through the process and we will make sure your products are replaced subsequently.

All product(s) returned apart from the damaged products should be in unused, unopened, in saleable condition, in its original packaging and with the original copy of the invoice. The benchmark for the saleability of the products will be decided solely by Typsy Beauty.

Typsy Beauty is only responsible for replacing the products that are bought from the official website, www.typsybeauty.com and not from any third-party website or retail stores.

We will take 7-10 business days to process your return. You will be communicated by our customer care representative once the return is under process.

All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice.

Shipping cost will not be refunded.

All product(s) bought during sale/promotions cannot be returned once purchased.

Any complimentary or promotional product(s) delivered with the ordered product(s) also need to be returned without which your return cannot be processed.

A single product in a combo or a kit cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.
