Shipping & Returns
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY (ONLINE)
We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in an unused, sellable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging with prior photographic proof. The product must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. Missing items, wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please note, we do not provide Returns or store credit.
Only products bought from the typsybeauty.com website can be returned to us. We will not accept returns of products bought from third party websites or physical stores.
To report a damaged / missing product and ask for a Return, please write to us at pingtheprincess@typsybeauty.com. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed as it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive a call or an email once your return is processed.
