Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item (oopsie, we're human too!), please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away. We'll evaluate the issue, make it right, and replace your item with a brand new product. To initiate the exchange, we'll need photographic proof along with the order details. If, for any reason, you fail to receive your product, get in touch with our amazing team for a refund. If your request is approved, we'll automatically refund you through your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it might take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We reserve the right to process a refund up to 20 days after receiving a return confirmation request. And yes, we'll need photographic proof and the order details to initiate the exchange and/or refund.
Oh, and one more thing! We can only accept returns for products bought from our website, www.typsybeauty.com. We won't be able to process returns for products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores
