  1. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL DIGITAL INVOICE.
  2. EACH ITEM CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED ONLY ONCE.
  3. SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  4. IN CASE OF ANY GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS RECEIVED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, THEY MUST BE RETURNED WITH YOUR ORDER.
  5. ALL NAIL LACQUERS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
  6. ALL ITEMS BOUGHT ON SALE ARE FINAL – WE CANNOT OFFER ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE PRODUCTS.
  7. WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS. IN THE CASE OF AN EXTREME SCENARIO PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
  8. IF THE RETURN COMPLIES WITH OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT FOR A PRODUCT OF THE SAME OR LESSER VALUE. WE WILL NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE. IN THE CASE THAT THE ITEMS EXCEED THE ORIGINAL VALUE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
  9. PLEASE NOTE: ALTHOUGH WE HAVE TRIED TO ACCURATELY SHOW THE ACTUAL COLOR OF THE PRODUCTS, THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT VARIATION BASED ON THE OPERATING SYSTEM YOU ARE USING.
  10. DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION YOU MIGHT EXPECT A DELAY IN THE REFUND. OUR REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP-TO 7 WORKING DAYS BASIS YOUR BANK/PAYMENT METHOD WORKING.
  11. IN CASE OF CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDER, A REFUND WILL BE TRANSFERRED VIA NEFT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IN FAVOR OF THE “BILLING NAME” ONCE BRANK TRANSFER DETAILS ARE RECEIVED IN WRITING OVER EMAIL.
  12. AN ORDER CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED PRIOR TO IT BEING SHIPPED. ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND AWB NO GENERATED FOR THE PACKAGE, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PLEASE EMAIL US AT  PINGTHEPRINCESS@TYPSYBEAUTY.COM WITH REASONS FOR THE CANCELLATION. ONCE YOU REQUEST THE CANCELLATION OF ITEM(S) IN YOUR ORDER, IT WILL TAKE US A MAXIMUM OF 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS TO CANCEL THE ORDER. YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE SAME BY EMAIL.
  13. ANY SINGLE PRODUCT CONTAINED WITHIN A KIT/SET CANNOT BE REPLACED OR RETURNED.THE ENTIRE SET WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT.
