All participants must create a stunning eye makeup look using at least one (feel free to use more) Twice the Fun Eyeliner from Typsy Beauty and post a static or reel on Instagram. This step is mandatory to enter the contest.

1. Participants are required to follow our official Instagram page @typsybeauty

2. Tag @typsybeauty in your contest entry static/reel

3. Use the following hashtag in the static/reel’s caption: #tonesoftypsy

4. Ensure that Twice the Fun Eyeliner pencils are clearly visible in the entry static/reel

5. Participants can use more than one Typsy Beauty product in the final look that they submit, in order to better their chances of winning

1. Participants who return their qualifying purchase of the Twice the Fun eyeliners will be disqualified from the contest.

2. Participants who haven’t used the Twice the Fun eyeliners to create the look and/or fail to show the product clearly in their posted content will be disqualified from the contest.

3. Participants who post their content without the hashtag - #tonesoftypsy and/or don’t tag @typsybeauty will be disqualified from the contest.

After April 30th, Typsy Beauty will take five days to check all the entries for the "Tones of Typsy" Challenge. We'll pick six winners based on creativity and how well the entries fit the theme.

The winners will be announced via Instagram stories from Typsy Beauty’s official Instagram page @typsybeauty. If you’re one of the winners, Typsy Beauty will send you a message on Instagram to let you know.

OTHER 5 WINNERS –

• Products worth Rs.10,000 from Typsy Beauty (as selected by Typsy Beauty team)

The cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s bank account after tax deductions within the stipulated time of 2 weeks, in accordance with all government & statutory laws and guidelines. Typsy Beauty will require the winner’s PAN card number and a copy of the same. Failure to provide the above-mentioned details will result in automatic disqualification.

Please note - Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information as stated in these terms and conditions, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon collection of the Prize will automatically disqualify the participant. Tyspsy Beauty has the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified because of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason.

• Typsy Beauty shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Competition, the redemption or use of the prizes.

• Copyrighted, obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Shell India retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

• Typsy Beauty reserves the right to request proof of a participant's eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the promotion.

• Typsy beauty accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Contest. Shell does not accept responsibility for (1) lost, late or undelivered entries or (2) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of a participant to enter the Competition

• Typsy Beauty reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest Participant should the originally selected winners fail to provide the required details within the stipulated time frame.
